Ice Shoots Woman Point Blank In The Face With Pepper Bullet - Elgin, 12/6. Same guy shot another protester in the back from a few feet away. He also fired indiscriminately into the crowd. There’s a lot of video showing this guy as hyper aggressive, even amongst these clowns.
