Medical insurance through Pennie questions, I'm an ex FED employee who got caught up in the DOGE stuff earlier this year. I've never done this before and the process is intimidating to say the least. Any and all info for a first timer using the marketplace would be appreciated.

I'm trying to get my birth certificate online and I'm at the last four questions to verify my identity but I don't know the answer to the third question
